Return and Refund Policy 

Important Notice

Please read our return policy carefully. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returning a Product

Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • The returned item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • For products where hygiene is important, the item must be unworn and sealed before starting the return process.


Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Earrings and other intimate items


How to Start the Return Process

To request a return, please email us at support@victoriadimilano.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. A photo of the item (if damaged)

  4. Your contact information


Refunds

Procedure

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days (aligned with UK Consumer Rights guidelines) and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@victoriadimilano.com.


Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Returns must be sent to our processing centre (full return address will be provided by our customer service team when you initiate the process).


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept your delivery, we cannot guarantee that the package will be returned to us.
In most cases, refused shipments are not tracked back to our warehouse and may be lost in transit.
For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds for orders refused upon delivery.


Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

  • If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed, due to our automated processing system.
